Is a signatory of the Diverse Governing Board by 2030 Pledge and agrees to do the following:

• To allow the use of our school brand (name, logo) on the Decade of Diversity digital channels and on any reports and marketing

• To work towards achieving the following across our governing board:

  1. At least one ethnically diverse person 

  2. At least one individual representing a further protected characteristic and socio-economic background 

  3. An Alumni representative 

  4. An Under 30 representative 

  5. Gender balance 

  6. A board member responsible for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (a DEI Governor Lead)

Is a signatory of the 25% Diverse Literature by 2030 Pledge and agrees to do the following:

• To allow the use of our school brand (name, logo) on the Decade of Diversity digital channels and on any reports and marketing

• To work towards achieving a quarter of all literature in our school to be diverse and inclusive, particularly representing:

  1. Race or Ethnicity 

  2. Disability 

  3. LGBTQ+ 

  4. Religion or Belief 

  5. Socioeconomic background 

• To publicly support this campaign and galvanise other schools and their leaders to continue to engage on this issue and to be part of this movement for change everywhere.
